Dropped-off and no-movement alerts
Every two minutes SpikeCamp checks each person who is tracking.
- Dropped off. Someone has stopped reporting for longer than the threshold command set. The board shows their last position. The most common causes are a locked phone and no signal, so try the radio first. See Why a locked phone pauses GPS.
- No movement. Someone has not moved more than 25 m in ten minutes. Command gets an urgent alert. Command sets or turns off the no-movement window per incident.
Both clear on their own when the person reports or moves again. A person on Rest is not shown as dropped off.
