Crew billing
Crew is usage billing for the account that opens incidents.
- $1 per rostered field person per day on an open incident, whether or not they report a position.
- Command seats are free.
- The first 30 person-days each month are free.
- Billed monthly, itemized by incident. There is no cap.
Crew billing is required to open an incident (or an agency license). Joining an incident with a code is free, and tracking is never cut off mid-incident.
Ways to keep the bill right:
- Remove a mistaken join the same day and it costs nothing.
- An incident idle for 7 days closes itself.
- Demob people who have left the incident.
